 Chavall
 The Chavall carpet design was "laid" in a Southern California home studio. The product/technique of choice for this application was Skimstone, a hybridized Portland cement product that is integrally colored with a choice of ten intermixable acrylic pigments.
The colors are troweled on in 2 to 3 micro-thin layers using Venetian trowels or Japan scrapers. Very intricate looks can be achieved easily!
 To plan the colors to be used in the actual installation, we plotted it out first on the computer by matching Pantone colors to the colors of the Skimstone product.
